1985年，家族利用旧居的岩凿空间与当地石材，开始建造这家酒店。
从家宅到酒店
经过修缮、扩建和石匠的精心雕琢，家族旧居逐渐成为拥有82间客房的酒店。
Yiğitoğlu家族在卡帕多奇亚的待客之道。
Ahmet Yiğitoğlu从家族旧居开始经营酒店。此后，家族在卡帕多奇亚陆续开设了其他住宿设施。

FATMA SULTAN ÇİFTLİĞİ
从农场到餐桌，延续家族的故事。
Fatma Sultan Farm以家族长辈Fatma Yiğitoğlu命名。酒店厨房选用农场葡萄园与果园的当季食材。
我们将夏季采收的水果和蔬菜制成果酱、番茄酱和调味酱，让收成的味道延续全年。
