Booking Conditions

This page describes website terms of use. Accommodation prices, payment, cancellation, and booking change conditions are shown in the booking service for your selected room and rate. Review those conditions before completing a booking.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM; check-out is by noon. Early arrival or late departure is charged from the standard time: up to 2 hours, 25% of the room rate; over 2 and up to 4 hours, 50%; over 4 hours, 100%.

Children and extra beds

Children ages 0–6 stay free; ages 7–12 pay half the adult rate. Guests age 13 and older pay the adult rate. Extra beds depend on availability and are offered in rooms for at least three guests. The third guest receives a 30% discount on the per-person accommodation price.

Payment

A booking is confirmed once the full accommodation price has been paid; partial prepayment is not available. For Reseliva’s prepaid, nonrefundable rate, payment guarantees the booking and cancellation or no-show is charged at 100% of the reservation total.

Cancellation

For cancellable rates, notify the hotel at least 48 hours before midnight (12:00 AM, Türkiye time) at the start of your scheduled arrival date to cancel free of charge. After that deadline, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged.

Refunds and reservation total

Eligible refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 business days of the scheduled arrival date. The total in Reseliva’s booking summary includes all taxes and fees for the selected reservation.

Pets and lost property

Pets are not accepted. Items left behind are kept for 2 months. We can arrange shipping within Türkiye at the recipient’s expense; international shipping is not offered.

Website content and safe use

Website text, images and logos remain subject to their owners’ rights. Commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s written permission, except where the law permits otherwise. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or violate others’ rights. These terms preserve your mandatory consumer rights.

External Services

Maps, Instagram and Facebook are external links on this website; no embedded map or social feed loads here. Opening a provider’s page sends connection information to that provider. WhatsApp lets you review and send the message yourself. Reseliva handles the next booking and payment steps under its own terms.
