The adventure began in 1985 with the first stones placed on the carved cave and local stones of the parents’ old house. With renovations, additions, and custom stonework, Burcu Kaya Hotel was finally converted into an accommodation facility with 82 rooms certified by the Tourism Government as four-star.
The vegetables and fruits served at Burcu Kaya Hotel are grown at Fatma Sultan Ciftligi, licensed with an official organic farm certificate, and freshly served to our guests.
