1985 · BURCU KAYA
From a local home to a hotel.
Ahmet Yiğitoğlu started the hotel in his parents’ old home, built with rock-cut spaces and local stone. Through renovations and additions, Burcu Kaya grew into an 82-room, four-star hotel in Ortahisar.
The hotel combines Seljuk-inspired stonework, arches, courtyards, and gardens.
FATMA SULTAN ÇİFTLİĞİ
Fatma Sultan Farm
Our kitchen uses fruits and vegetables from Fatma Sultan Farm, named after Fatma Yiğitoğlu. Fatma Sultan Farm is officially certified organic. We preserve seasonal harvests in jams, tomato paste, and sauces.
